Change, cancel or refund a ticket

Log in and open My Bookings. Open the booking and send a request (cancel, change date or refund). Our team will reply on the same page and by email.

Did not get your ticket?

If you paid and the ticket is not in My Bookings yet, please wait a few minutes and check your email (also the spam folder). If it still has not come, call or WhatsApp us with your booking number.

At the airport

Carry a photo ID (citizenship, passport or driving licence). Reach the airport at least 1 hour before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international flight.
